Cerakure was started after realizing there wasn’t a real solution to cure Cerakote. The current options only work with some of their coatings and are time consuming. Utilizing Catalytic Infrared, we are able to focus all of the energy on the coating itself reducing the cure time and allowing multiple substrates to be cured together. We no longer have to set different temperatures for polymer vs metal. We no longer have to wait days for a project to finish.

Our goal is to remove the biggest bottleneck in production. We timed our curing to coincide with the spray and flash times of Cerakote. Cure one rack of parts while the next is flashing. Because our technology focuses on the coating, it is safe to put electronics and 3d printed parts in the oven. This also reduces the cool down time since the thin coating is what’s hot.

We designed our User Interface specifically for Cerakote applicators. Just select which coating you’re using and the oven does the work from there.
